ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We offer a refund within 10 days.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached.
  • PLEASE NOTE: items that are damaged, soiled, or have scents (including perfumes) will not qualify for a refund and may be refused.
  • Refunds may take 7-14 days, depending on your bank's processing time. The refund will be issued to the card used in the original transaction.
  • For returns, please email our customer service at hello@labrisafashion.com and briefly explain the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will handle the entire return process from our side. Please note that the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, and the remaining amount will be returned to your card.

 


    SHIPPING POLICY

    • Your order will be shipped in 3-5 working days.
    • Flat 15 GBP shipping will be charged for the order up to 2kg.
    • VAT, customs, duties, or any extra charges will be paid by the customer upon delivery.
